![]() and Number of buyers have also complained about it, that could not get all items paid from the cart. I agree you are in it ,Because there are other sellers that have said same as you. Yeah I think I am in the beta test aswell, I had to eat quite a bit in final value on shipping fees recently because someone bought 23 of the same item in 3 different transactions and overpaid on shipping by over 60 dollars, the sale was over 100 dollars so I just went ahead and ate the fees, but I know it cost me over 10 dollars atleast I could see this being a serious problem for a seller who sells multiples of the same items that aren't free shipping. The work-a-around isn't quick & easy but you could message the seller with the list of items & request an invoice. Many sellers are having an awful time with orders for multiples & combined shipping. There are some issues happening due to eBay recently forcing immediate payment required. Beta tests don't get put in the policy wrote: As much as you don't want to believe that. They should be able to get a commit to buy when they hit request total that's how this policy is supposed to work but it's glitching right nowĪnd seriously it's in the policy pages it's a policy. Since it's supposed to block the request total if the seller has IPR selected that wouldn't be a glitch.īut buyers should be able to request total as long as the seller has it set to allow combined shipping and some have reported getting error codes so there is a glitch that is keeping it from working the way it should. The buyers have to up on the BIN IPR and not later after winning the auctions. well buyers are in same boat as the buyers where 3 years ago ,unable to continue shopping with same seller by doing both bins and bidding on auctions. well ebay got heat for it from the members. Other issues where that you had seller that run both BIN listings and auctions listings ,So you have buyers doing both from same seller, But On IPR buyers have to Pay up asap, So seller had to ship out ipr items back then to avoid the defect in those days. 3 years ago ebay ran same Beta IPR test then there was no way to as for combined shipping in the cart. It may be glitch if seller checks off IPR only in the item listing page Payment preferences , Which blocks combined shipping request in the cart. ![]() Honestly I think there is a glitch with the request invoice going on right now.
